TAC Fitness Terms


All memberships of TAC Fitness On Demand Training are month to month. Automatic drafts will not be canceled without a 30 day written notice. Either by mail, email, or in person acknowledgement. No refunds will apply. 


Release and waiver of Liability: 

Member recognizes that there are hazards and risks connected with online physical fitness training. These risks include but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart disorders, heart attack, dehydration, heat exhaustion, sprains, muscle strains, blisters, back pain, bruising of muscles, and joint pain. Exercise beyond one's physical limits and/or accidents involving suggestions given may result in serious injury or death. I certify that I am in good physical health and I am able to undertake and engage in the range of physical activities and suggestions given to me by On Demand online training of TAC Fitness. Participant (member) agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TAC Fitness On Demand Training against any loss, damage, or expense incurred by any reason of any claim or liability based upon injury (including death) or property damage arising out of the negligent or intentional action of member. Participant (member) further agrees to release TAC Fitness and its owner, officers, employees, and or affiliates from any liability arisingout of injury to member or participant and further agrees to defend,  indemnify and hold TAC Fitness and all affiliated to free or harmless from against the same.
